Danielle is one of the most professional, reliable and trustworthy contractors I have ever worked with. Following years of disappointment and poor workmanship with other firms, DLR Construction proved to be unlike any other.... the entire crew from beginning to end was on time, on schedule and so respectful of my home and my familiy's space. Danielle even helped take care of my dogs when I wasn't home!! I cannot say enough positive about Danielle and her team. I would highly recommend.
Danielle helped make our first home absolutely perfect. We trusted her completely and continue to have so much respect for how expertly she managed everything. She is full of solutions and always 3 steps ahead. Everyone she had working on the project was exceptional and the relationships she has fostered with them over the years truly show how wonderful she is to work with. We still miss seeing Daniele and her team at our house! She is the best and I can't recommend her enough!
We have used DLR on a number of projects in our own home (condo) as well as a rental unit our HOA owns. The largest of these projects was a full remodel of our HOA rental unit (1+1). The unit was in rough shape and required: a complete tear out of the kitchen and bathroom, recessed lighting, new lighting fixtures, new closet doors, new window coverings throughout, paint and clean up. We tore out EVERYTHING in bathroom and kitchen down to the subfloor, and DLR did a fantastic job of dealing with every surprise that came up (surprises ALWAYS come up) and working with us at every step of the project to keep us on budget and on schedule. DLR was excellent at explaining the work being done, making us feel confident it was being done right. Danielle has obviously been at this for a while and knows all the ins and outs of working with all the various tradesmen on the job site. We got a ton of great ideas and input from DLR as well, and much of it was used in our final decisions. We continue to use DLR at our HOA, they have done maintenance work on some big, heavy, old 1950's exterior doors, and recently installed a set of security lights in our back alley. We will not hesitate to use DLR again on our next big project as well.
I used DLR construction for a remodel on half of my house, including adding a bathroom and a full kitchen remodel with new flooring, wall changes, and to finish my garage. I've had many construction projects in the 20 years I've owned my house and there is none that have been as positive as the experience I had using DLR. They worked very hard, they were extremely clean, I totally trusted the crew, and my contractor Daniel was totally transparent with each step. Daniel was at the site daily and stayed on course with the timeline and (full disclosure) there were lots of extra coats because I couldn't help but do more things as the project continued. I'm very happy with the DLR and I would absolutely use them for further construction projects and recommend them to my friends and family alike.
It's been a year since the work was finished and I absolutely love what they did and everything is working perfectly.
